While watching Paddington 2 one chilly Sunday evening, I reached for a jar of homemade marmalade and made this refreshing cocktail. Much like a meal conjured up thanks to a fridge forage, the beauty of cupboard cocktails is you can use whatever ingredients you have available and allow your imagination to run riot. After all, good marmalade isn’t just for sandwiches.
